Like the episode "The Great Simpsina" from earlier in the curremt season, last night's season finale of "The Simpsons," entitled "The Ned-Liest Catch," lacked the usual introductory theme-song sequence and couch gag. At least it did when I watched it. Was this the case on all broadcasts of the episode, and, if so, would this be the second time ever? Any idea why the intro was missing other than the ep itself going longer than expected? And any thoughts on the interactive component at the end? I believe that was a first for the series.
