The same is true of "Life Goes On." On the Season 1 DVD (issued in 2006, and the only DVD issued to date), they included their regular theme (The Beatles' "Ob-La-Di, Ob-La-Da," sung by the cast) on the pilot episode, but substituted a newly-composed song called "Life Goes On," sung by Tara Johnston, for the other episodes.
