I may be in the minority here, but...I don't really have an issue with this. In my 35 years, I don't think I've ever watched any of NJN's original TV programming. Their news was nigh-unwatchable (even listening to the radio simulcast was painful). And the radio network wasn't serving as much more that "that other station where I can listen to Marketplace at 7 instead of 6:30".
Actually, I take it back. The radio network served one purpose - simulcasting WBGO (Newark) during the overnight. 'BGO is one of the few jazz stations in the region that doesn't play that Kenny G soft-jazz BS. Unfortunately, I'm too far south to pick up 'BGO's proper signal, and WWFM's JazzOn2 requires an HD receiver, so the 'BGO simulcast will be missed. So to say goodbye to NJN, here's this nonsense: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=IuaAP3agWYs M-D And if I ever hear the name "Steve Audbado" again, it'll be too soon. -- TV or Not TV ....
