Mark Willes, who was quoted in the article, is best known as the
former General Mills marketing executive who took over the LA Times,
pushed down editorial's throats an advertorial section celebrating the
opening of the Staples Center, and set the stage for the Times' sale
to the Tribune Co. (The LDS Church separated KSL TV and Radio from
Bonneville and merged the stations into their daily the Deseret News--
actually, there was a good thing there because Sean Hannity got
dropped from KSL Radio.)

At one time, KSL was a CBS affiliate (I thought the radio station
still was, but Wiki says it's now affiliated with ABC). I wonder if
on last night's Tonycast there would've been a sudden cutoff and a
"Satellite Problem" graphic every time a certain musical won a Tony.
