Well, she is the sexiest anchor on TV:

I know what you mean, but I think O'Donnell is the best of her kind, She is
not a former model or weather girl who they put in the news chair to show
off her legs. She has covered the White House before, and Congress in depth
(she used to work for Roll Call), and the wikis says she has a masters in
international affairs from Georgetown. Her work on MSNBC has been uneven,
and her presence on the Chris Matthews Show embarrasing (though I view that
as more of a hostage situation). The Chief White House Correspondent is a
glamor spot, as they are probably the most visible presence on the network
newscasts after the anchor, though it is well known they don't do a lot of
actual reporting. But in election years when the incumbent is running, this
person is also going to be the main reporter on their campaign, which should
be a real job come next fall. I would not put her on the opposite end of the
spectrum fro Pelley, but she is more in the middle. It will be interesting
to see what she does with the job.
