Now that I'm seeing that in black and white, it occurs to me that it's a little misleading. Context: I have used streaming once, but I prefer the physical discs, with the subtitles and extras (if any). Neither of those are available to streamers, at least the last time I checked. Also, in Netflix's favor, I have to compliment their customer service, which I've always found friendly and generous.
