Twice there was a rather minor problem (once with a disk, once with streaming) and they immediately offered to give us a credit on the next month bill, and in a third case when there really was not a problem but more of a misunderstanding that I would probably construe as being my fault, they bumped up our package to the 2-disk plan for a month. I am not understanding though your clarification - except for the cheapest plans, all of the plans allow for both streaming and mail-in discs. Do you mean you want a mail-in only plan that is cheaper than the with-streaming plans? Increasingly streamed content also has subtitles - I have not been able to figure out any rhyme or reason to which do and which do not. In my experience, most often either they do not give you the bonus features, or they mostly come on a separate disc (that counts as a regular disc).
