Mark Valley, the star of the short-lived Fox superhero show, is joining the cast of NBC's David Kelley legal dramedy "Harry's Law" as a new attorney at Bates' law office and shoe store, along with Broadway actress Karen Olivo (the better for Vonda Shepherd to stop by for a little show tune singing between cases, I guess):
