The Mulholland Drive bridge across I-405 needs replacement, closing the critical artery from US 101 to I-5... but only for this weekend... Sepulveda, where it parallels the closed area, will be local-traffic- only... there are plenty of other exits in that stretch, so why close that long of an area?
