I have noticed that most of the Kabletown shows I've watched lately on Hulu (Basically the Monday night 'SyFy' lineup and Burn Notice) have expanded their delay between airdate and online availability. Tease the first episode or two with quick Hulu visibility and then wait a month for others.
This, and the Fox announcement, seems to be a subtle push back to both over-the-air and cable On Demand viewing (all of the shows I've mentioned are available on my cable provider's On Demand service within 24 hours of airing). That said, the timing of the Fox announcement seems intended to bury this well in advance of when most people would be effected by it - Fall premieres.
