I suspect that U.S. cable channels' notorious cheapness when it comes to music licensing is the main reason "Jessica" isn't heard this season. History's parent A&E will only spend money when they absolutely have to for music and they probably felt that whatever Gregg Allman or Phil Walden was asking wasn't worth it. -- TV or Not TV ....
