I really agree about Cowboys and Aliens - it was exactly what it says it is
going to be, and a hell of a lot of fun. I have a friend who was
pontificating about how this film epitomized the high concept,
intellectually bankrupt state of American cinema. I asked him if he had seen
it and he wrinkled his nose and said he would not pollute himself with it. I
told him to take the stick out of his ass, spend the $8, eat his damn
popcorn and enjoy the movie.
