Is anyone else watching this? I now firmly believe he stole the idea of Facebook from other people, because he doesn't seem smart enough to come up with fire or a wheel without help.
If there are instructors out there who teach what NOT to do when delivering addresses/presentations to clients (or the world), use Zuckerberg's speech. He keeps laughing at his own jokes, wastes time explaining things that don't need to be explained (like the word "timeline"), uses ineffective visuals, has overpowering music that only calls attention to how uninteresting he is, and on and on. He has promised Facebook users a "frictionless experience," which -- as near as I can tell -- doesn't mean sh*t. It is just a placeholder phrase that tests well.
