Trevor Bannister, who played Mr Lucas, made his last appearance on the TV series New Tricks (It's filled with older actors, and is based around a unit of retired police who look at cold cases, and it's just been renewed for its ninth and tenth series) just a couple of months ago, even though he died much earlier this year.
Jeremy Lloyd, who co-created the series, is also still alive, now aged 81.
