Discovery just handles ad sales and affiliate relations--any Program Practices work is done by BBC Worldwide America itself. And I suspect that BBCA rents master control facilities from what I believe is now Comcast's facilities in Denver, which were built by TCI back when John Malone was the big cheese in cable. -- TV or Not TV ....
