They're going ahead with "The Voice" and "Smash" on Monday nights, despite the CBS sitcom Murderers Row and ABC bound to pop another big tabloid figure on winter "Dancing," "Parenthood" ends its season at the end of February and is replaced by a "Project Runway" carbon called "Fashion Star," "Whitney" and BriWi move to Wednesdays and hammock "Are You There, Vodka? It's Me, Chelsea" (keeping the multi- cam sitcoms together--smart idea, NBC), "30 Rock" returns to Comedy Night Done Right at 8, "Up All Night" moves to 9:30 Thursday and the televersion of Grisham's "The Firm" comes in at 10, "Who Do You Think You Are?"s back on Friday nights replacing the it's-over "Chuck" and "Harry's Law" leads into "Celeb Apprentice" on Sunday:
