I'll repeat that. "NCIS" is the show that Rena Sofer couldn't kill. Try as she might, with her horrible performance as pricy DC lawyer Margaret Allison Hart, but she couldn't bring the show down. (I believe it actually saw a ratings BOOST the following season.) I would wonder if they're considering writing a role for Ted McGinley to see just how bullet-proof the show really is, but he kinda ruined his rep as a show-killer following a recurring role on "The West Wing". (Also, FWIW, was very happy to see Jaime Ray Newman join NCIS for the "Engaged" 2-parter. I really liked her on Eureka.) -- TV or Not TV .... The Smartest (TV) People!
