For comparison, the seating for SCG in 58 is roughly 105. This should allow for easier changeouts for musical performances, right? Currently they often aren't taped on the same day as the rest of the episode. (I'm looking forward to watching this week's Weird Al's appearance via my DVR.) Australian talk show host Rove McManus was using 56 in the fall (and "X Factor" used the studio as a rehearsal hall and holding room while shooting across the street at 36), but one assumes now he's back in Australia and that SCG would have five-night-a-week use of the studio at 5:30 or whenever he tapes.
