After three days of deliberation in LA Superior Court, the jury was 8-4 in favor of Nicolette Sheridan in her claims of wrongful termination from "Housewives" against ABC and Disney--since it's gotta be unanimous, mistrial was called: http://www.thewrap.com/tv/article/desperate-housewives-trial-judge-declares-mistrial-36295 Sheridan's attorney plans a new trial and claims victory just by the fact that eight jurors didn't believe the defense's claim that Sheridan was dropped for plot reasons and not because showrunner and creator Marc Cherry had allegedly struck her in the head in 2008.
