Sez Wikipedia about "Nikita", "In the season 1 finale, audience is
introduced to Senator Madeline Pierce, played by Alberta Watson, who
also played the part of a character named Madeline in the former La
Femme Nikita series."

It's tenuous, I'll admit. All the examples I've been able to recall
have been mentioned above and if the "Star Trek" crossers don't count
then the "Law & Order" and "Love Boat" ones won't count either.
"90210" and "Dallas" are restarts rather than true reboots. I'm
betting adaptations like "The Office" won't count either.

Hmm. There's at least one or two that fit cleanly, I'm sure, but I'll
have to ponder for a while.
