In absolute mild defense, the brand managers I've met in my life speak
like this 24/7. If you want to watch me slowly go insane, introduce me
to a brand manager.

Last month, Stephen Colbert did an entire seven-minute bit on Wheat
Thins. As I wrote on Facebook at the time, "People who are not in the
advertising industry, I can absolutely guarantee on my own life that
the memo read in this clip is completely authentic, that people really
do come up with psychotically-insane shit like this, and they get paid
money to do so. This is why I never tell people I work in advertising,
despite working in an ad agency."
