I bravely watched every episode each week and there's definitely some potential here but the writers seemed too consumed with building ever bigger mysteries but only modest character development. In the season finale (SPOILER AHEAD) they uncover a mysterious hatch which hides outdated computers, a strange map, and even more mysteries. This seems awfully familiar from some other show set on a bizarre island with time travel, violent "others", and Jorge Garcia dropping pop culture wisecracks. Also, if you want Katee Sackhoff as your lead actress, CAST Katee Sackhoff as your lead actress.
