The TVBTN guys have been writing all year about the Harry's Law phenomenon,
and why even with decent (for NBC anyway) overall ratings it had no chance
in hell of getting renewed for next season).

I am still looking for a good explanation for the decision to put Rock
Williams at 10:00 on Thursday. When I first heard about the Chicago Fire I
assumed it would be the next attempt to create a prestige 10:00 pm Thursday
show. I guess part of it is the thought it can't do much worse than the
last three or four shows they have tried there, and will at least be
cheaper than a drama and less embarrassing than the Leno Show.
