If you were looking for story songs (video element aside), you could do far 
better from the Harry Chapin catalog than "Cat's in the Cradle".  That's 
arguably his most famous song, but it's generally a pastiche of getting 
older rather than a straight up story.  I'd have gone with "W*O*L*D", 
"Sniper", "Danceband on the Titanic" or (my personal favorite) "30,000 
Pounds of Bananas".

Back on topic:
My initial gut reaction was to say "OH! 'Sabotage' by the Beastie Boys!", 
but that's more about the visuals.

R Kelly, "Trapped in the Closet" (I know, I know, but it's a story, and 
it's a video...)
