TVNEWSER, following up on the post-Curry Today Show (apparently the intro this morning deleted the names of the hosts in the introduction), included the note that a story in the NYT today described in some detail an honorary highlight reel that Today showed yesterday while saying goodby to Curry - except of course that Today never showed any such highlight reel. A spokesman says Today never planned to show such a reel, and never prepared one. How then to explain the NYT story?
