But Encyclopedia Brown did make it to television--in 1989 on HBO, of all
places, back before HBO Family when kids shows were common in the
mornings--the original series seem to be confined to Family now and I don't
even know if they're still making original kids shows.  It was live action
and if HBO owns the shows (as they probably do), it might be a good idea to
rerun them on Family.
