It's also the middle of 60's rerun stretch, where a new story is
exceedingly rare and even an update is now uncommon. And, given that
there was less than 48 hours to put it together, the lack of promotion
that might have added some audience isn't surprising.

FWIW, it was the first story. And given the lack of news in the 15
minutes they aired, I'd hate to have seen the other eight minutes.
