Just wanted to say that I think it's the dynamic of all three women -- especially when they work together -- that has really made a great show even better. It's now a wonderful ensemble comedy. Kudos to the casting director.

This was after Lorre et al had effectively blown off Sara Gilbert and simply made Melissa Rauch disappear. As much as I loved the series, I though it was on the verge of disaster because they simply couldn't figure out how to create and maintain a female character with brains. Bialik's performance combined with whatever happened in the writer's room gave me hope, and the show has improved greatly since then.
