Claiming that his appearance on "TDS" when Colbert filled in for Jon Stewart is what got Colbert his own show, the gadfly is demanding that the remaining $778K in Colbert's "Americans for a Better Tomorrow" super PAC should go to a "American Museum of Tort Law" he wants to build in his Connecticut home town--no response from Colbert's corner, similar to the response to Nader's Presidential attempts:
