I tried to approach this as more of a documentary than an exploitative reality series. I made it through the first segment OK, but the 15-year-old in the second segment did me in. Actually, the 15-year-old's mom did me in when she said, "I just want to be a normal mom..." ignorant of the fact she's allowing the kid to be eccentric.
