I know many here are not huge political fans, but I am interested if there is a consensus as to the best TV coverage for election night. The truth is I have not been watching a lot of network/CNN news coverage over the last year. I am going to take Fox News and MSNBC off the table (and I will record the Stewart/Colbert coverage). My practice has always been to surf around a lot, and I do check in on PBS, but while they are strong on analysis, they are not usually the best on breaking news. I like to have one primary source - for me that used to be CNN and or NBC, but I have almost zero faith in CNN any more, and am not sure where NBC is compared to the other two. I am leaning towards CBS, as I have been relatively impressed with their new regime.
Which of the four main options (CBS, NBC, ABC, CNN) would people here recommend? -- TV or Not TV .... The Smartest (TV) People!
