The first few paragraphs of The Rolling Stone cover story on Jimmy Kimmel does not include his Leno-bashing, focusing instead on his weed-smoking (see: http://www.rollingstone.com/music/news/cover-story-excerpt-jimmy-kimmel-prepares-for-battle-with-jay-leno-20130104, whole story behind the wall).
But reports of the interview (see here for example: http://popwatch.ew.com/2013/01/04/jimmy-kimmel-insults-jay-leno-again/?hpt=hp_t2) seem to find the attacks on Leno to be the lead. JK is quoted as saying that Leno "hasn't been good at stand-up in 20 years" and: “As a comedian, you can’t not have disdain for what he’s done. He totally sold out.” He also apparently again cites one source of his anti-Lenoism the experience back when Leno was rumored to be contemplating a move to ABC, and, from JK's POV, Leno made like he wanted to be friends, only to drop him like a hot potato once it was clear the ABC move was off. Kimmel is convinced this was a dick move intended by Leno to sweet talk him into giving up his slot. I have heard/read him talk about this at least twice before, and it seems he is not going to forget that anytime soon. -- TV or Not TV .... The Smartest (TV) People!
