Of course, the result was spoiled on social media...but one of the spoiling sources was "Jeopardy!" themselves, which posted on Facebook Wednesday morning, "Due to last night's State of the Union address, the finale of the 'Jeopardy!' Teen Tournament was pre-empted in some areas in the Central, Mountain, and Pacific time zones. For more information, or to watch [name's] big win, please visit your local 'Jeopardy!' affiliate's website." However, in some cities -- including "Jeopardy!"'s hometown of Los Angeles -- the second game wasn't entirely pre-empted, it was merely delayed one day, airing Wednesday evening. Guess their social media person doesn't necessarily check the local listings. -- Jim Ellwanger <[email protected]> <http://www.ellwanger.tv/> -- -- TV or Not TV .... The Smartest (TV) People!
