Siobahn Finneran, who played Sarah O'Brien on the popular British drama series, won't be back for the fourth "series," as they like to say, choosing to do the BBC series "The Syndicate" (which, as far as I know, has no American outlet yet) instead--of course, being an ensemble show, they'll probably absorb the loss:
