Not on the Comcast box in Chicago proper--and Speed is in the "Sports Entertainment" package along with NFL RedZone and ESPN BuzzerBeater, the Fox college channels, ESPNews, ESPN Classic, ESPNU and just about every three-digit sports channel, including NFLN.
