They also didn't seem to think about the way common sense dictates that the needle-in-a-haystack challenges like that should become more difficult as more teams complete them (unless the producers contrive things into giving every team the same 1-out-of-n challenge) because there are fewer ones that will let you advance as the total number remains more or less constant. -- David J.
