The impression I got from the first ep of this version of HK was that the 
producers were less interested in casting talented and capable chefs than 
they were in creating "drama." The official policy of the show seems to 
have become "Let's make Ramsay yell and colorfully insult the staff" rather 
than "Let's find good chefs who can run a restaurant."
