>From my reading of the article Spielberg and Lucas were not making a well
thought argument. They were just talking off the top of their heads, and
from their own views of the world, something that might happen. For me, a
$50 or above ticket means that casual moviegoing will stop and parents will
no longer be able to afford to take children to the movies. And if children
stop going to the movies, theaters will resemble symphony concerts - where
the average age of the attendees is retired, and young people never think
of going. How sustainable is that model?
