Late Tuesday night, Texas state legislator Wendy Davis was wrapping up what turned out to be a successful real honest-to-goodness filibuster to stop voting on a bill to ban abortion clinics, the kind of story that you would think cable news would salivate over--but the Big 3 channels were in late-night rerun mode, which meant that one had to go to the Internet and the Texas Tribune's online stream to see this legitimately big news event--wha? (and no, Amy Goodman-ites, I don't think it's the "corporate media," because if that was true Rachel Maddow wouldn't have even covered the earlier parts of the story on her show that night because Comcast wouldn't had let her):

CNN and FNC didn't say nothin' to the Wrap (I suspect that lame-duck Current didn't cover it and that BBC World News thought it was too parochial, although I would hope that Katty Kay had it the next day on "World News America"). -- -- TV or Not TV ....
