There was also pretty very little live coverage from Texas-based TV either (at least here in Austin.) YNN had a live episode of "Capitol Tonight" at 11:00 that largely consisted of simulcasting the Texas Senate TV channel, and I didn't see when they cut away but they were back to videotape by 12:30, with the actual result unknown at that time. If any of the over-the-air stations had special reports, they weren't on while I was using picture-in-picture to flip through channels.
