Have any more native-American groups in dispute with the Wa(r)shington NFL
team actually gone to a US court to order its ownership group and the NFL
to change the team name immediately? (That is, since the 2009 decision by
the Supremes<http://www.csmonitor.com/USA/Justice/2009/1116/p02s07-usju.html>
.)

Until and unless such an order is made, the following is just two schmucks
fighting with each other: Bobbo in his usual comment spot during the SNF
game sided with people whom, the last time I looked, probably can't afford
to buy the damned team out from under Dan Snyder (not that I hold him in
anything resembling high regard either), and Beck calls him sanctimonious,
senile, arrogant, etc.

It's a frickin' war on private industry... something some on the right
believe someone else in Wa(r)shington is waging...

Sports commenter Rick Reilly, related by marriage to a native, suggests
other changes that one would have to make after this...
