Expected, but, in my view, a disaster for MLB. I detest what video review has done to most sports where it is used (only exception IMO is tennis, where it actually makes the sport more watchable).
Soon enough they will replace every live spectator with some sort of electronic measuring device, and sports will be nothing but a tv show. Why not use a linked electron microscope so we can be absolutely sure of those close out of bounds and goal line plays? Because nothing matters except "getting the call right". Replay influences the play on the field; officials are incentivized to make certain kinds of calls, in certain directions, in order to facilitate review. Determinations are made at a level of sensitivity not available to the human eye at real time speeds, so that the game as actually played often has little relationship to the game as called by the officials. My recommended iron rule for all replays is this - no slow motion. Sometimes umpires and officials make obvious mistakes because they were out of position or not paying attention to the right thing. If this can be easily determined in a real-time replay, then perhaps there is value in correcting the call. But any "mistake" that can only be corrected by multiple viewings of super slo motion replays from 4 different angles is not a mistake at the human level that the game is played at, and should be ignored.
