I finally got around to this one.  Given Kevin's comment and Jay mentioning 
various crew, I was a bit surprised to hear virtually no crowd noise during the 
final song.  Garth asks the crowd to sing the chorus, and while two or three 
voices come through, the rest of the audio feed was oddly muted.

To reflect the further changing of the generations...Fallon's Tonight Show has 
an app.  Of course, he's not the first (Conan and the other Jimmy have apps as 
well), but I wouldn't be surprised if it was reported differently.

If it was me and I had produced Jay's final show, everybody who had done walk 
ons at the top of the show would've emerged from the wings and joined Garth on 
stage to sing "Friends In Low Places." It seemed disjointed that Jay's friends 
joined him earlier in the episode but not at the end.
