I believe it was Mariah Carey who pulled the $100 out of her bra. Lady Gaga walked out with a bill in her gloved hand, since the configuration of her outfit was such that she couldn't really have pulled anything out of anywhere. Yes, I spent some time studying this. (I'm the same age as Jimmy and Kevin, as I mentioned here a couple days ago, and I recognized every one of the walk-ons.
