First of all, Katarina not only won a medal in major competition, she won
two gold medals for individual figure skating - as we have been told
repeatedly, the only other woman to win multiple golds for that was Sonja
Henie, who won three (there is a Korean skater who has a chance to do it
this year).

Second of all, I know exactly what you mean, except having seen her Playboy
layout, it is not just her legs that deserved the gold.
