I'm not sure if it has been talked about on this list, but the CBC show
"Battle of the Blades" has been a bit of a "fish out of water" show on
ice. They take NHL hockey players and pair them with pro figure
skaters. I guess the Canadian version of Dancing With The Stars.
Watching 200+ lb hockey enforcers learning to spin or other dainty
figure skating things is kinda funny.
