That alone makes the show worth paying attention to. Having said that, I was a bit disappointed. I liked the monologue, even though he really rushed through the material - sometimes only spending about 20 seconds on a joke. (But that's a welcome change from people like Fallon and Conan who almost always drag the jokes out Carson-style - setup, pause for the audience reaction, punchline, pause for the reaction, banter with the announcer.) The rest of the show seemed rather unexceptional and formulaic. And if Armisen insists on staying in character the whole time, it's going to get tiresome quickly. But I'm keeping my hopes up. -Tim
