1) agreed, but some Kickstarter users don't understand that they're not 
buying a thing, they're supporting a project, and the thing is a gift.
2) no, an HD stream was not offered, simply a copy of the movie when 
available on VOD. The original offer didn't commit to any particular format.

All that being said, I contributed to the project, and while I'm not 
looking for a refund of any kind, I would *prefer *a code to download the 
film from iTunes vs. having to setup and use an UV client, since Apple is 
my chosen ecosystem, iTunes is my chosen media provider, and AppleTVs are 
what's connected to my television sets.
