Jason: You've obviously not met one of the VM fans who put in their cash to
make this happen, and I invite you to tell my friend Laura who threw a
*lot* of money into that pot to "get over herself" when it comes to this
particular topic.

M-D: Kickstarter's policy is clear: "Kickstarter's Terms of Use require
creators to fulfill all rewards of their project or refund any backer whose
reward they do not or cannot fulfill." So if they aren't getting what they
were promised, they're entitled to have their donation returned.

I, like M-D, do not subscribe to the idea of a stream-only option. I'm not
a subscriber to Hulu, Netflix streaming, Amazon prime, or Spotify, because
I want to *own* things, not be subject to the whims of rights holders in
pissing contests. So if you can't give me the option to buy it, I'm not
interested (or, depending on how I feel, will figure out a way to obtain it
without you getting a dime you could've gotten had you offered it for sale
(hi US sports leagues, F1, and the BPL!) ).
