I assume Ryan Secrest's contract is technically with the "Idol" production
company and not Fox itself, but if they're willing to let him become a
contributor for "Today," I don't think they're going to have a problem with
Strahan on "GMA." He isn't really there to talk football (it's mostly to
keep George from being the only man on the couch during the happy chat
segments,) and it's not like they have a national morning show to compete
with it.
